  • 20g freeze-dried Pisang Mas Banana, finely chopped
  • 4g real vanilla beans (about 2 vanilla pods)
  • Butter for frying

  1. Split the vanilla pods lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Whisk the vanilla seeds with eggs, milk, a pinch of salt, and chopped freeze-dried banana in a shallow dish.
