Healthy little plant. Bright leaves, strong stem and looks ready to grow some more. It was really well packaged, so much so that I think if someone was rough with it and it fell it would have suffered very little consequences, if none at all. Was very impressed by the packaging.
One thing that I wasn't 100% happy about was that the root system was tiny. It appeared to be recently transplanted to a bigger pot so when taken out of it, all the new soil fell away, showing the small pot it had been transplanted from. Probably should of been kept a few more months at the nursery, especially for that price, before it was sold.
I received my banana plant a week ago - the packaging was substantial and plant securely packed. The plant was in perfect condition, big and strong! Thank you!

There’s no mistaking that the packaging of plants (Calina IPB9) was exceptional & that the plants (2) arrived in pristine condition despite shipping delays. Sadly, there were issues with the rural delivery & billing addresses, coupled with a long week end 🤷♂️ I do admit that there was an email follow up sent from Exotic, post the initial order which I failed to double check in its detail. I’ve since changed the incorrect details & will double-check in future. I am however very grateful to have them & look forward to challenge-free orders in future. Kind Regards Gregōry

Arrived with packaging undamaged. Looks like a good sturdy plant. The main leaf, however, has browned lower edge. I don't know if this is indicative of any problem. Have given it a drink and will be planting out this weekend

The pineapple had interesting caramel overtones and was fragrant, quite different to the imports we are used to. My daughter was well pleased with our purchase.
