  • 500ml milk

Instructions:

  1. Soak gelatin leaves in cold water until soft.
  2. Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
  3. In a saucepan, heat milk, mango powder, vanilla seeds, and sugar, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is hot. Do not boil.
  4. Squeeze excess water from the gelatin leaves, add to the milk mixture, and stir until dissolved.
  5. Pour into dessert glasses and chill until set, about 4 hours.
  6. Garnish with a sprinkle of freeze-dried Susu Mango pieces before serving.
