Pineapple Rice Pudding

  • 200ml milk
  • 50ml coconut milk
  • 20g sugar
  • 15g freeze-dried MD2 Pineapple, powdered
  • 1 tsp homemade vanilla extract
  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, combine milk, coconut milk, and sugar. Heat until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add the cooked rice and simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the freeze-dried MD2 Pineapple powder and vanilla extract.
