Ingredients:
- 100g cooked white rice (cooled)
- 200ml milk
- 50ml coconut milk
- 20g sugar
- 15g freeze-dried MD2 Pineapple, powdered
- 1 tsp homemade vanilla extract
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, combine milk, coconut milk, and sugar. Heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the cooked rice and simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in the freeze-dried MD2 Pineapple powder and vanilla extract.
- Divide into serving dishes, sprinkle with cinnamon if using, and allow to cool. Serve chilled
