Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups cooked rice, chilled
- 20g freeze-dried Musang King Durian, rehydrated and mashed
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Spring onions, for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add rehydrated durian and cook for 1 minute.
- Push durian to one side, add eggs to the pan, and scramble.
- Add rice, breaking any clumps. Stir-fry and mix well with durian and eggs.
- Season with soy sauce, stir until evenly colored.
- Serve hot, garnished with spring onions.
