Plants & Garden Supplies

We ship our plants and garden supplies throughout New Zealand. Due to the increased costs of shipping and packaging, we now apply a minimal delivery charge. After offering free shipping for three consecutive years, we find it necessary to adjust this policy to align with current market conditions. However, we have lowered our prices to help offset this change.

Please note, we do not ship plants or garden supplies internationally from New Zealand. We do export plants and tissue culture materials from our overseas nursery, which requires a minimum order. Please contact us at to discuss your specific requirements.

  • Our plants are available for shipment throughout the year, depending on stock levels. Typical delivery times range from 5 to 7 business days, although they can take up to 10 business days depending on the destination.
  • We take extra care in packaging; most of our plants are secured in bespoke inserts and shipped in individual boxes to ensure they arrive undamaged.
  • Deliveries are scheduled once a week, typically on Monday. If you place your order over the weekend, we aim to dispatch your plants on the following Monday. This scheduling allows our team to prepare your order thoroughly and ensures the courier has sufficient time to deliver your plants safely, avoiding any unnecessary delays over the weekend.
  • All orders are shipped via courier track and trace service (not signature required)
  • We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
  • If you have a rural address, please contact us beforehand to discuss the best delivery options and avoid any potential issues.

Additional Delivery Information

  • We dispatch our plants year-round, as most are shipped with soil. During the winter months, we closely monitor weather conditions and may temporarily delay shipments if the weather is particularly severe. Our packing process includes adding insulation when necessary to protect the plants against temperature extremes.
  • In summer, we ensure that plants are thoroughly watered before they leave our nursery. Occasionally, we may need to ship plants bare-rooted, particularly when they cannot be comfortably re-potted into smaller packaging for shipping. We will always discuss this with you in advance if your plant needs to be shipped in this manner.
  • It's important to note that shipping can be a stressful experience for plants, often due to spending several days in a dark, confined space. While most plants withstand this with little to no stress, some may experience leaf drop. However, they generally recover quickly with some additional care, including proper watering and gradual reintroduction to light after arrival.

All our Korunui - From Land To Hand ® and Exotica Tropical™ products are dispatched throughout the year, subject to stock availability. Standard delivery times are 5-7 business days within New Zealand and up to 20 business days for international orders.
  • We take great care in packaging our products in protective envelopes or boxes to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
  • Orders are processed promptly upon receipt. However, please note that availability may vary by season.
  • We regularly update our stock and will inform you of any necessary adjustments to your order. Should an item be unavailable, we offer the option to exchange it for another item of equivalent value within these ranges, or a full refund.
  • All deliveries are sent via tracked services. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Box addresses. For deliveries to rural addresses, contact us to arrange the most reliable shipping method.
  • While we ensure every package is marked 'handle with care,' we cannot guarantee that all couriers will handle deliveries with the same level of caution.

We harvest our fresh produce upon receiving your order, ensuring shipping across New Zealand based on stock availability. Our range includes year-round staples as well as seasonal varieties, which may require pre-ordering and upfront payment.   • Timing: Shipping typically arrive within 5 business days, but may extend to 7 days depending on the destination.
  • Packaging: We take great care in packaging your order. Fresh produce is secured in boxes or protective envelopes to avoid damage. Each item is carefully wrapped to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
  • Schedule: Shipping are made weekly, typically on Mondays. Please allow a minimum of 2 days for us to harvest, clean, and prepare your produce after placing your order. Orders received over the weekend may not be included in Monday's shipping schedule, but we will keep you informed of your scheduled delivery time.
  • Contingencies: In high demand periods, or when produce is available only seasonally, there may be delays. While we strive to maintain regular website updates, errors can occur. We recommend confirming availability via email before purchasing to prevent disappointment.
  • Alternatives and Refunds: If we are unable to fulfil your order on the scheduled delivery date, we will try to include it in the next shipment. Should this not be feasible, we will contact you to offer a substitute product of equal value or provide a full refund if no suitable alternative is found.
  • Shipping Method: We ship using a track and trace service and cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. If you have a rural address, please contact us in advance to discuss optimal delivery methods.

Additional Delivery Information

  • All our fresh produce is organically grown in nutrient-rich volcanic soil, using only minimal natural solutions for pest and weed control. While our orchard is not certified organic, we are committed to sustainable practices.
  • Please note that some produce may exhibit minor skin blemishes or visual imperfections, which are natural and do not affect the quality or flavour.
  • We endeavour to represent our products accurately on our website and Facebook page, but please be aware that actual items may vary slightly.
  • These fees are reflective of the care and effort required to deliver our fresh produce securely and in excellent condition across different regions.

Exotica Seafood

We deliver across New Zealand, excluding rural and PO Box addresses. Our shipping schedule is set to ensure freshness, with orders typically dispatched on Wednesdays. Auckland orders must be placed by Monday, 5pm. The rest of New Zealand by Sunday, 5pm. Please provide accurate delivery information to avoid delays. While we strive for next-day delivery through our Overnight Courier Service, we recommend a 1-2 day buffer. Our packaging guarantees up to 72-hour chill to keep oysters fresh.
