- 30g freeze-dried Susu Mango, powdered
- 500ml milk
- 100g sugar
- 3 gelatin leaves (or 1.5 tsp gelatin powder)
- 1/2 fresh Korunui Gourmet Vanilla bean (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
Instructions:
- Soak gelatin leaves in cold water until soft.
- Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
- In a saucepan, heat milk, mango powder, vanilla seeds, and sugar, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is hot. Do not boil.
- Squeeze excess water from the gelatin leaves, add to the milk mixture, and stir until dissolved.
- Pour into dessert glasses and chill until set, about 4 hours.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of freeze-dried Susu Mango pieces before serving.
