- 500g chicken breast, cubed
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup calamansi juice
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Steamed rice, for serving
Instructions:
- Marinate chicken with 1 tbsp soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
