- 10 fresh rocotos chillies, seeded and finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup sugar
- ¾ cup water
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp salt
