Ingredients:

  • 500g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, finely minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Sichuan pepper, crushed
  • Bamboo skewers, soaked in water
