- Unfortunately, we don’t deliver perishable items to rural delivery addresses or PO Boxes.
- Our shipping schedule is set to ensure freshness, with orders dispatched on Wednesdays. Orders must be placed by Monday 6pm for shipment that week. Please provide accurate delivery information to avoid delays.
- While we strive for next-day delivery through our courier service, we ship on Wednesday to allow a 1 day buffer for Friday arrival.
- If we cannot supply oysters due to harbour closure, we will defer fulfillment to the following week.
- Our packaging guarantees up to 72-hour chill to keep oysters fresh.
