Delivery
All Exotica Tropical products are dispatched throughout the year, subject to stock availability. Standard delivery times are 5-7 business days within New Zealand.
- We take great care in packaging our products in protective envelopes or boxes to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
- Orders are processed promptly upon receipt. However, please note that availability may vary by season.
- We regularly update our stock and will inform you of any necessary adjustments to your order. Should an item be unavailable, we offer the option to exchange it for another item of equivalent value within these ranges, or a full refund.
- All deliveries are sent via tracked services. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Box addresses. For deliveries to rural addresses, contact us to arrange the most reliable shipping method.
- While we ensure every package is marked 'handle with care,' we cannot guarantee that all couriers will handle deliveries with the same level of caution.
