Garry Casimiroa / White Sapote (Casimiroa edulis)
Garry Casimiroas is another great variety of seedling white sapote plant believed to be originated in Auckland. The fruit tastes wonderful. It is sweet, and creamy when ripen really close texture to an avocado. Best to consume this fruit cold.
Garry is very upright growing plant and grow very rigorously. The fruit size is medium and is a heavy cropper. The plant can be pruned down once a year to keep it in more manageable size.
Low maintenance plant and produce such a delicious fruit.
Plant size 4+ years. More than 1m tall. Some might be close to 1.6m.
